Chicago - Boat Tour
Navy Pier has lots of activities -- the Ferris Wheel, stained-glass museum, and while we were there -- a haunted house. It also has docks for lots of boats. We took the speed-boat "Seadog".

The boat rides gives some nice views of shore. Quite a few of the pictures didn't turn out, since we were going pretty fast, but here are some.
The well-lit building in the center is our hotel - the Sheraton Hotel & Tower. Our first room faced right towards this pier - or second room was on the top floor, to the right in this picture.

The trip was excellent. We didn't capture pictures of many things we did, however. We ate a fantastic meal at Frontera Grill (Rick Bayless' restaurant). We also had a lovely italian meal to celebrate our anniversary. We talked our feet off, rode lots of trains, window-shopped, and relaxed. It was a nice way to celebrate our first year of marriage.
