Paris: Seine Boat Tour
We grabbed jackets from our hotel, then power-walked back to the Pont Neuf area to catch a nighttime boat tour on the Seine. It was the last boat of the day, so it was not crowded and gave good views to the lights of Paris.

Most pictures we took of buildings didn't turn out.
Each bridge over the Seine is different, and many are historically significant. Several were given as gifts by the rulers to the people of Paris. This one was built by Napoleon the 3rd - hence the huge Ns carved at several intervals along the bridge.
The boat tour provided a good angle to view the Eiffel Tower. At night, it's lighted and a search-light beams from the top level.
